Confirmed — Launch November 19, 2026 on PS5 and Xbox Series X|S. Preload starts November 12, 2026 at local midnight. Physical copies are a download code in the box, not a disc.

Not announced — Rockstar has not published the install size. Treat 200 GB as a planning reserve only.

Box capacity is not what you can use. The teal block is a planning reserve, not an official file size.

Your console Settings screen is the number that counts. 1 TB Series S usable space is typical (~800 GB), not a Microsoft spec sheet on this page.

If you need more space

PS5 takes an internal NVMe SSD (Sony recommends about 5,500 MB/s read, heatsink that fits the bay). Xbox Series X|S takes a licensed expansion card. These are hardware recommendations, not GTA 6 requirements.
